Close company as Vic Elford’s Martini Racing Long Tail Porsche leads the similar Gulf machine of Pedro Rodriguez into Tertre Rouge corner. The Long Tail version of the 917 was the ultimate car for the fast sections of Le Mans with a top speed approaching 250 mph.
